Our large fleet of vehicles enables us to provide your organisation with passenger car and courier services anywhere in Fareham and the Southern Counties. We have a number of corporate customers based in Fareham that find us very strategically placed for their business needs.

Airport Transfer

Our airport business link provides a fast and cost effective car service to and from any UK airport. With pre-booked London Heathrow transfers our screens monitor all incoming flights and our drivers are despatched just before the flight lands. We recommend a meet and greet facility to ensure your personnel are met but if you wish to be met outside to reduce costs please discuss with our staff when booking.  For the late business client who arrives at London (Heathrow or Gatwick Airport) 24/7 have facilities with local companies and can normally arrange transport within 30 minutes. This cost can be charged to your company account, but please note that the cost will be based on local Heathrow or Gatwick private hire rates, but will still be more cost effective than a Hackney from the airport rank!

Credit Cards

We are fully aware that in this day and age many cost centres or departments now issue credit cards to individual personnel for business expenses. We accept all major credit cards from corporate users.

We are currently working on installing “in-car” credit card facility in all cars.

Accounting

In addition to our computerised accounting systems, we also have our own internal accounts staff and they can provide totally accurate financial information whenever you need it. All our invoices are laser printed and show clearly in detail, date and time, our job number, your order number, vehicle type, from and to address, charges and any extra charges incurred.

Control Centre

Our control centre is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year to ensure we are on hand at anytime for our customers needs. Our operators are fully trained before going “live” as we have a training programme built into our system. Our control centre is equipped with the latest telephony, data and mapping equipment to ensure a speedy response to all bookings.

We undertake regular reviews of performance in all areas, from financial management to telephone answering, enabling us to improve our services across all our operations. We strive continually to find more effective ways of helping you and ultimately to put us in front of our competitors.
